A life in motion.
I’ve always been curious about the world and the many ways we can experience it.
I’m a multidisciplinary creative based in Melbourne, working across modelling, acting, performance, music, making and emerging creative projects. My path has never followed one straight line — and I’ve come to realise that I don’t want it to.
I’m happiest when I’m moving, creating, exploring or learning something new. I love working with my body, making things with my hands, stepping in front of a camera, performing, travelling, being outdoors and following an idea simply because it makes me curious.
That curiosity has taken me into many different worlds — from commercial sets and physical theatre to music, ceramics and, more recently, developing and producing my own creative projects.
Between worlds
I was born in Japan, grew up in Brazil and have built my adult life in Melbourne, Australia.
For a long time, I felt that I needed to define where I belonged. But living between different places and cultures has taught me to see identity as something much more fluid.
Rather than trying to define myself through one place, I see this mixture as part of what shapes my perspective — the way I create, connect, question and experience the world around me.
I'm the player in my own life.
For me, life is something to participate in.
To move through. To experiment with. To create, explore, learn and play.
I don’t need to be an expert before I try something, and I don’t believe every curiosity needs to become a career. Sometimes I simply want to know: What happens if I try this?
That sense of play runs through much of what I do — whether I’m performing, playing music, working with clay, moving my body, developing an idea or stepping into something completely unfamiliar.
I want to remain curious enough to keep discovering who I can become, while being present enough to enjoy who I am right now.
What matters to me
Freedom. Curiosity. Movement. Creativity. Connection. Growth.
I care about creating a life that leaves room for exploration and self-expression, while contributing something meaningful beyond myself.
I’m particularly drawn to work that connects creativity with people, culture, nature and community — and to ideas that encourage us to participate more actively in our own lives and in the world around us.
My work is still evolving.
I hope it always will.
